This tool can be accessed from SysManager > Activities > Reserved Seating > Production & Show Configuration > select the desired production > select desired show from the dropdown > Show Edit dialog. Clicking on the Show Availability Map button that opens a web-based window that allows venue administrators to view seat availability for that given show.
