Availability indicators
Availability indicators are images uploaded by the user that are associated with each Availability Type established for that production. By default, the system is set up with four availability types for all productions: Open Seats, Taken Seats, Selected Seats and Alternates. More availability types can be added to the database in the rsSeatAvailabilityIndicatorTypes table. Default images of colored circles have also been provided for each of these availability types. These are the images that represent a seat and its status in the client user interface in Reserved Seating module.
To add a new Seat Availability indicator:
1. Click on the Add link at the bottom of the Seat Availability Indicator grid.
2. Select the desired type from the dropdown box.
3. Upload the desired image by clicking on the Browse button and selecting the image file location.
4. Enter in a numeric value for the Image Size Ratio.
5. Click Save to store all this data.
6. Follow the same process to Edit an existing indicator.
7. Click on Delete to remove an existing indicator.
