If a Member/Pass Number is not entered, a message and a link appear above the available items. This link offers the guest the ability to go back and enter a pass number to access all item types. Inline pass numbers are no longer validated as before. The message and link text can be configured in the NoMemberPassLabelText and NoMemberPassLinkText settings in the RS_AppSettings.config file.

 

 

Once a member number has been successfully entered, the, “Enter Member Number” message no longer appears and all ticket types appear and be available for selection as in the screen capture below.
