Confirmation Letters
Reservation Header Confirmation letters can include Reserved Seating module information and a sample Confirmation letter that includes Reserved Seating information is available for download from the Siriusware Information Portal.
A local Sales printing table, RSInfo, contains Reserved Seating data for Confirmation Letters and includes the following fields (listed in the order in which they appear in the RSInfo table):
• SeatID -Internal reference number that uniquely identifies the seat
• Guest_no -Guest number associated with the seat
• Trans_no -Transaction number associated with the seat
• Amountpaid -Amount paid for the ticket booked into the seat
• Finalized -Finalized status of the transaction associated with the seat
• Void -Void status of the access record associated with the seat
• Operator -Operator who sold the transaction
• Date_Time -Date and time that the transaction was saved and or finalized
• Passtable -Access control prefix associated with the access table
• Pass_no -Access number associated with the seat
• Show -Show Description
• Production -Production Description
• Venue -Venue Description
• Level -Level Description
• Section -Section Description
• Row -Row number or letter
• Seat -Seat number
• First_Name -First name of guest
• Last_Name -Last name of guest
• Showtime -Date and time of Show
• Duration -Duration of show in minutes
• Performer -Performer Description
• Doorsopen -Number of minutes before the show date/time when the doors open
