• Sale Research, convenient when a guest is not associated with the sale, displays the seating information after drilling into the sale details.
• Guest Activity records two activity types;
500 – Reserved Seat Assigned
501 – Reserved Seat Canceled
Guest Activity is only written when a guest is attached to the Reserved Seating ticket items during the purchase process.
