Subclasses and seasons can be created to group retail items. These designations are available as filters on certain inventory reports in ReportManager and are also available to group items for the application of discounts using the Inventory Pricer utility.

These lists are created in SysManager > Activities > Item/Sales Lists > Subclasses and SysManager > Activities > Item/Sales Lists > Seasons.

This completes the data entry of information that needs to be available when retail items are created.
