Creating a special order solely in SysManager involves creating a new PO, adding the item in the Line Item tab, and then proceeding to the Guest/Special Order Tab. There one uses the Select Guest button to associate the guest with the PO. Saving the PO then processes the order.

 

Note: The guest record can be edited through View Guest Details or the link with the guest can be removed by using the Remove Guest Link button.
