1. The installer – Install_Siriusware_InventPricer.msi. (Available from portal.siriusware.com.)

2. The update (needs to be saved in the Siriusware\Updates folder on the main server): InvtPricer_****.exe. (Available from portal.siriusware.com.)

1. Double-click on the file named Install_Siriusware_InventPricer.msi.

2. Click Next on the Welcome dialog.

3. Select what you would like to install from the Select Features dialog. The default is to install the program for the live version of the database version only. If you would like to install training mode, click the InventPricer Training Mode dropdown and select either Will be installed on local hard drive or Entire Feature will be installed on local hard drive. The two options are equivalent. Click Next.

4. You are presented with the Location Name dialog. Enter the location name for this computer. This dialog causes the LOCATION system environment variable to be created and this value assigned to it. The value of the LOCATION environment variable must be unique for each computer where it is installed. If there is already a LOCATION environment variable (probably because SysManager or ReportManager has already been installed on this computer) on this computer, the value is displayed but can be changed to whatever you type here. Don’t do this unless you want to change the location name. Typical values used by clients reflect the physical location of the computer, such as office. The value must be one - six characters in length. Click Next.

5. Click Next again.

6. Click the dropdown and select the correct SQL Server Name. See the Salesware Installation Guide for more information about SiriusSQL and SQL Server applications.

7. Click Next and the installation completes. Click Finish.
