The final step actually adjusts the inventory on-hand quantities based on the currently open batch. Processing Inventory runs through the error-checking process automatically.

If there are no errors, the user is prompted for a final confirmation. Upon user confirmation, the batch is used to adjust the on-hand quantities and the batch is closed

If the batch is a Transfer or Bulk Transfer, a Transfer Report is previewed for printing.
