Account Statements Report
 
The Account Statements Account is used to print account statements. Statements can be generated by invoice number, invoice start date or invoice creation date. The Account Statements Report can be further filtered by date range, cutoff date or billing cycle. Options include Print Summary Only, Print Line Item Start Date and Message, Print Starting and Ending Ticket Numbers and Print Unit Admissions and Per Unit Price.
The Account Statement Report (detail and summary) can be customized. If ReportManager detects the presence of the customized report layouts in the Siriusware/Layouts folder, it uses them; otherwise it simply uses the default system layouts. All you have to do is edit the Report layout in the same way you would edit any other Graphic layout. The names of the user-editable reports are:
XACCOUNT_STMTS2.FRT/XACCOUNT_STMTS2.FRX
XACCOUNT_STMTS_SUMMARY.FRT/XACCOUNT_STMTS_SUMMARY.FRX
XINVENT_RECEIVER.FRT/ XINVENT_RECEIVER.FRX
XINVENT_POFORM.FRT/ XINVENT_POFORM.FRX
