The Period Sales Report is used to view sales information over a time period by a variety of parameters. Included is how much of what was sold, discounts, taxes, fees, money collected and admissions information. The Period Sales Report can be filtered by date, sold on, closed on, finalized on, DCI, account, operator, salespoint and profit center split options, including showing un-split amounts and zero dollar items.

The Period Sales Report is often used with the Food Service module to see which modifiers were sold with which items. Also, some clients run a Period Sales Report for a recent time period, i.e., the current season or the last six months – before updating to a new version of the software. This report is then printed as a PDF so it can be compared to the same report that is created after the update.
