Saved Period Sales Report
The Saved Period Sales Report is used to view saved sales information (not yet finalized) over a time period by a variety of parameters. Included is how much of what was sold, discounts, taxes, fees, money collected and admissions information. It is basically the same as the Period Sales Report except that it reports on saved sales. Once the sales are finalized, the information is included in the Period Sales Report. The Saved Period Sales Report can be filtered by date, sold on, valid on, DCI, operator, salespoint, last saved or originally created operator/salespoint and profit center split options, including showing un-split amounts and zero dollar items.
The Saved Sales Period Report is often used when working with the Reservations module to determine expected revenue from reservations/saved sales. The report can also be used to anticipate reserved business for managing staffing needs.
