The security setting ReportManager > Reports > CardWare > Batch Detail allows operators to run the Batch Detail Report. The security setting ReportManager > CardWare > Allow Preview Full Swipe Numbers allows operators to see the entire card number when previewing the Batch Detail Report. If the operator doesn’t have this setting he sees XXXXXXXXXXXX0009 (or whatever the last four digits are). The security setting Sales - Batch Closure Report allows operators to the Sales > Tools > Credit Cards > Close Batch.
