The Individual Card Search Report is used to look up transactional information by cardholder name or credit card number, including the line item details and batch number. The Individual Card Search Report can be generated by last four digits of the card number, sale number or cardholder name and can be filtered by date and salespoint.

The security setting ReportManager > Reports > CardWare > Individual Card Search allows operators to run the Individual Card Search Report. The security setting ReportManager > CardWare > Allow Preview Full Swipe Numbers allows operators to see the entire card number when previewing the Individual Card Search Report. If the operator doesn’t have this setting he sees XXXXXXXXXXXX0009 (or whatever the last four digits are).
