Booking time and selling items
Backwards Booking
Clients can employ “Backwards” booking by selecting Tee Time, and then adding guest and selecting item to Pay Off.
• Pay – Sells an item for single guest in a time slot.
• Pay All – Sells items for all linked time slots on the Tee Sheet.
• Refund vs. Refund All – Same as previous but for refunding. Only finalized sales can be refunded. Saved sales get recalled and voided by changing quantity to 0.
Reserving multiple slots together
• Multiple slots can be booked under a single name by dragging the cursor (red) on the Tee Sheet. The cursor can be dragged to all slots at a single line or multiple times and multiple slots. Click on the Reserve button to enter name information. The reserved area is highlighted in blue.
Breaking linked reservations
• Linked reservations can be broken so individuals can change to different time slots or pay individually.
Deleting tee time reservations
• Can’t delete if it’s been paid. You have to refund.
“Teed-off” functionality
• Available with Teed Off button.
Look up tee times
• Look up tee time reservations with Lookup button.
Moving reservations:
• You can drag within the same Day/Course.
• Clipboards can be used for different day/course. This operates slightly differently than in the Activity/Facility Scheduling and Private Instruction modules.
• Moves all linked tee time slots – must break if you need to just move one.
Colors:
• White text = Booked
• White and italicized text = Marked to be paid
• Yellow text = Saved sale
• Black text = Paid and finalized
• Black with red bar = Teed-off
Interactions within a sale (especially reservations).
• Open a line item in a saved sale/reservation and click the Tee Sheet button. The tee-time for that selected line item is displayed.
• Updating the tee time actually updates the start date of the line item (not true with the Activity/Facility Scheduling and Private Instruction modules).
• Printing a Tee Sheet
• Must have a tee_sheet.frx and tee_sheet.frt file in the local ProgramData/Siriusware/Sales/Layouts folder.
• You can also print a report from ReportManager.
