Ticker utility is a Siriusware-supported utility used by site management to monitor ticket sales during the day. Ticker runs a query against your SQL Server database every x minutes (controllable by you) to collect real-time data about admissions, sales and validation activities. To install, simply run Install_Ticker40.exe. For notes on use, click the ? (question mark) icon from within Ticker. Ticker utility adds a small load to the server so may not be suitable for some sites.
