The following changes to SiriusSQL application were made in support of the new market survey functionality. The following new tables have been added to the SiriusSQL database: s_cusrsp, s_quest, s_resp, s_sgslnk, s_sqlink and s_survey. The following changes have been made to the updates table: added s_quest, s_quest_r, s_resp, s_resp_r, s_sgslnk, s_sgslnk_r, s_sqlink, s_sqlink_r, s_survey and s_survey (all int). The following changes have been made to the sec_func table: added 'T_SURVEY' security setting.
