The SysManager > Preferences > Miscellaneous > Manager tab > Default Image Scaling spinner is used to set the default resolution of the photo box that is used to capture photos of pass holders. If your camera setup is such that the person’s face is closer or further away from the camera than the average setup, this setting can be changed to optimize the photo frame. If the face seems too big to fit in the default frame, increase this number. If the face seems too small to produce an optimal picture, decrease this number.
