How to run the Messages Performance Report
 
The Messages Report allows you to view information regarding messages (up to twenty-five characters, associated with transaction line items) that have been entered at salespoints. The default report prints each message associated with items sold during a user-defined time period, with the number of times the message was printed, and the dollar amount in associated sales for each message. The detail report adds the date, time, department, category and item for each transaction associated with a message that fits the user-defined report criteria.
In ReportManager go to Reports > Performance Reports > Messages. A dialog window opens that allows you to select ranges and filter data.
