• Check for Void and Date Range is selected from dropdown.

• Auto Pass Validate tab

• -1 is entered for Total Uses.

• -1 is entered for Daily Uses.

• Auto Sales tab

• Operator selects the 1-Day Ticket item in the first row of dropdown DCI boxes. (The 1-Day Ticket item is a $0 item configured with 1 admission that is auto-sold each time the 15-Day Ski Pass is scanned.)

• Auto Sales Options tab

• Operator selects Don’t Use Shifts in order to trigger the auto-sale and subsequent deduction of 1 total use and 1 daily use each time the 15-Day Ski Pass is scanned. This prevents the pass holder from going to multiple salespoints in the same day in an attempt to get more than one ticket on the same day. The system tries to deduct 1 total use and 1 daily use each time the pass is scanned (auto-validated) in Sales. Because there is only one use allowed per day, the auto-validation fails in subsequent attempts using the same pass in the same day.
