Specials now get submitted in the sales string as follows: <special><name>WEB$5OFF</name> <mktgcode>local</mktgcode></special> or <special><name>WEB25%OFF</name><srcecode>goodstuff</srcecode></special>. Then, when Sales Host utility processes the sale, the correct special name, source or marketing code and discount amount get correctly written into tr_save or transact.
