Single Quantity Auto Sale is used with the original single quantity auto sale functionality. Multiple Quantity Auto Sale sets the pass to the new multiple quantity auto sale functionality.

 

Customize For Each Pass – Allows the number of multiple quantity auto sale items to be set at a salespoint (or from an E-Commerce site) when the pass is sold. See SysManager > Activities > DCIs > New/Edit > Action tab > Create Pass > Action Specifics > Auto Sales tab (Customized For Each Pass) for setup directions.

 

Do not prompt – When checked, auto sale items are automatically validated to their maximums. When not checked the operator is prompted to enter the number of validations for each multiple quantity auto sale item dependent on the settings chosen in the Autosale Option tab, as already described.

 

Department, Category, Item set the DCIs of items to be auto sold. Max Qty sets the number of times each DCI is available for validation when GateKeeper/ScanMan module is online. Trickle Qty sets the number of validations if scanned offline; this counter must be set to a value other than 0 to make the passes usable when the scanner is offline; the value is counted each time the pass is scanned and later trickled when the scanner comes back online.
