Beginning with version 4.2 of Salesware, Print At Home Tickets module has undergone many changes. The most extensive of these changes is the use of Microsoft Report Builder 2.0 to draft Ticket/Pass layouts.

 

Important: Prior to loading the real-time version of Print at Home Tickets module, clients have the ability to retain previous PDF delivery of Print At Home Tickets items while working on new Report Builder layouts. By placing the value PAHRealTime=0 within you System Administration Panel settings, this enables PDF-based Print At Home Tickets. Once a site has completed the conversion of all their layouts they can then change this setting to 1. This is covered in more detail later in this documents under PAHRealTime.

 

Note: Regardless of whether or not you use PDF or real-time distribution of Print At Home Tickets items, you must install Messenger Service application to deploy emails. As of version 4.2 PAH Tickets module no longer employs SMTP settings.
