1. Select the same “book entire pod” product from the item list as the one booked.

2. Change the quantity to subtract (negative number) the number of people to remove from the pod.

3. Click the Sched button.

4. Access the Scheduler tab.

5. Double-click the original “book entire pod” booking.

6. Right-click the booking bar and select Delete From Group.

7. The new number in the pod is displayed on the booking bar.

8. Click the Save button and finalize or save the sale.
