Rebuild salespoint data
Lastly, you must rebuild your local salespoint data from the FileSync data. To do this, please do the following:
1. Go to path: C:\Programdata\Siriusware\Sales\Data.
2. Delete all files inside the Data folder; do not delete the Data folder itself.
3. Open Sales.
To rebuild local FileSync data:
If you need to rebuild data it must be performed in this manner:
1. Stop FileSync.
2. Close out any salespoints connected to FileSync.
3. Delete the FileSync Data folder contents (not the whole folder).
4. Start FileSync and let it rebuild.
5. Start the salespoints and let them rebuild (you can also delete local salespoint data before you restart to rebuild everything).
Note: In many cases, local data is rebuilt to rid SQL of errors that show up in FileSync Monitor.
