Establishing security settings
 
To establish your security settings for Private Instruction module users, think about who is able to do the following and who is not:

Ability to drag bookings in the schedule in Sales
This setting restricts who can drag private or pod bookings (whether booked through SysManager or Sales) in the schedule in Sales, by either using the Sched button or the Scheduler tab when selling a product. This setting does not restrict dragging bookings in SysManager – an operator who is restricted from dragging bookings in Sales are able to drag the same bookings in SysManager.
Ability to access Instructors button or Activities > Instructors in SysManager
Ability to access Privates button or Activities > Privates in SysManager
Ability to place a booking on the Privates schedule through SysManager
Ability to enter or edit preferences for Instructors
Ability to enter or edit preferences for Privates
