Select the All Instructors/One Day radio button to display a list of all Instructors for a particular date. (You can change the date you are viewing using the date features described in the following sections.)

 

Click the One Instructor/All Days radio button to display the entire schedule for the currently selected instructor, starting with today and ending with 180 days from now.

 

Note: Any day can be viewed (in the past or future) by changing the date in the Schedule.

 

Note: If no Instructor is selected, the schedule for the Instructor on the top of the list displays.

 

Note: The Instructor whose schedule is currently displayed appears in a box at the top of the schedule. Use the arrows to either side of the Instructor name to see the same dates and same view for the next or previous Instructor in the list.

 

Click the One Instructor/One DOW radio button to display the schedule for a particular Day Of the Week (DOW) e.g., all Tuesdays − for the currently selected Instructor, starting with the next day of the week through 180 days from now.

 

Note: Any day can be viewed (in the past or future) by changing the date in the Schedule.

 

Note: If no Instructor is selected, the schedule for the Instructor on the top of the list is displayed.

 

Note: The Instructor whose schedule is currently displayed appears in a box at the top of the Schedule. Use the arrows to either side of the Instructor name to see the same dates and same view for the next or previous Instructor in the list.

 

Note: Any time you select a new Instructor or a new date, that selection becomes the current Instructor/date in the schedule.
