Use the Time Scale arrows to narrow or widen the scale of the time bar. This is useful for expanding the size of the booked items so that the text on them is easy to read.

The bar at the top of the schedule lists the times of the currently selected day. The time bar has a block for every hour of the day and the display of the time bar defaults to starting at the date defined in scheduling preferences (see Scheduling preferences).

 

Note: The currently selected day can be changed by using the dropdown calendar (down arrow button) and the Now button.
