Right-click on a booking and select Copy Down to allow the currently selected booking to be copied down a specified number of days or Instructors below the current position. You can copy down within a single Instructor’s schedule or from Instructor to Instructor.

 

Note: To enter a particular commitment on a particular day of the week for a number of weeks, enter the first event. Then, highlight the particular day of the week on the left and click One Instructor/All Days to see a multi-week schedule for that day of the week. Right-click on the booking, choose Copy Down and you can fill in that same event for that many weeks. You can plan the entire season in this way.
