View booking history
 
Click the History button or right-click a booking and select Show History to display the history of a booking. The following information is shown for each action that has been taken with this booking:

Description
Pri_key
Primary key - Used for identification in database
Booking_id
The unique booking # for this booking
Typechange
The type of action:
• B - New booking
• M - Modified booking
• X - Cancelled booking
• P - Clipboard action - cut/copy/paste/cancel cut
Field
Any fields whose values have changed
Orig_val
Original value of the field before the change
New_val
New value of the field after the change
Operator
The operator logged into the salespoint where the change was made.
Salespoint
The name of the salespoint or SysManager station where the change was made
Date_time
The date and time that the change was made
