Double-click an Instructor or right-click a booking and select Instructor Info to view the Instructor Info dialog, which includes Instructor and full name and nickname, Hired, Previous Experience, Total Experience, Priority Group and rotation number, Sex, Alpine Level, Snowboard Level, Telemark Level, Other Level and other user-defined guest preferences and the values for List 1 and List 2.

 

Note: If the Filter/Sort list based on these selections box is checked on the Filter/Sort Preferences tab (see Filter/sort instructor attributes for schedule), and then the Instructors list is ordered by checked preferences followed by priority group and priority within group (which rotates by day).

 

Note: The currently selected Instructor is highlighted with red and the name is italicized.
