Right-click on a booking and select Edit THIS Booking to allow this particular booking to be edited (brings up the Edit Booking dialog).

 

Note: Exercise caution when changing aspects of a booking using this dialog. For example, if some preferences are changed to Req, the booking is still booked with the initial Instructor, even if the change to the Preferences results in an Instructor that doesn’t meet the guest’s preferences or requirements.

 

Note: The Edit Booking dialog is only available here. The records that show in this screen are initially created when a booking is dragged in to be booked. If the sale is not finalized, the record disappears. If it is finalized, the record stays.
