When an instructor checks-in for the day, an asterisk displays next to his/her name on the Privates schedule in Sales, SysManager and SeeBooks. This provides a quick visual representation of who has and has not checked in for that day. In addition, when double-clicking on an instructor's name in the Privates schedule in Sales and SysManager or on the date in SeeBooks, the instructor's last check-in date/time displays on the Instructor Information dialog. This information can also be acquired in SeeBooks and SysManager by right clicking on the booking in the schedule.
