Set parent
If any of the Guest records entered in a sale do not have the first Guest as their parent Guest, you can use the Set Primary button to display the Set Parent dialog.
To set the parent guest:
1. Click the Set Primary in the Guest Info tab.
2. Enter any of the criteria for the Parent Guest. If there is only one matching Guest, it is automatically set as the Parent Guest. If more than one matching Guest is found, a list is display from which to select the relevant Guest. If no matching Guests are found, a message is displayed to that affect.
3. The selected Parent name and Guest # are displayed at the top of the screen.
4. Save the information and the Guest name is displayed on the Set Guest button.
