1. In SysManager > Activities > DCIs > New/Edit > Sales Actions tab, add the following macro for items that are to launch the Self Entry Selection dialog in Sales: CHECKSELFENTRY().

2. Edit the web.config file for the Self Entry pages: <add key="DataFilePath" value="Z:\"/>. This specifies where the Self Entry data files are written.

3. To display the guest age in the CheckSelfEntry list, the web.config setting "IncludeGuestAge" is set to "1". The guest's age is included in the Self Entry filename: "20120530_095257_DOE_JOHN_AGE_42.SE". If IncludeGuestAge is set to anything other than "1", the guest age is not included in the filename.
