To rent just poles to a customer (or any piece of rental inventory that is not specifically tracked with unique barcodes), scan the equipment barcode configured for the Poles equipment record (see Special rental inventory items). To return the poles, just look up the customer’s rental contract and click the Ret button next to the Poles item.
