Sales
1. Create a list of salespoints in SysManager that are installed for Salespoint Rentals and license these salespoints for RNT, along with any other necessary licenses, such as C/C, DBT, GST, etc. For existing salespoints, simply add the RNT license.
• For new salespoints: Install Sales and specify the static IP address of the Rental Server (RentEZ) when prompted.
• For existing salespoints: Make sure the RentEZ IP address is in and set StartupRentEZ=TRUE in the Sales32c_System.INI.
2. Ensure LimitLocalItems is set to FALSE or if it needs to be set to TRUE, ensure the items reside in the Item Tree in an inactive Item Tree folder.
3. Optional: Plug in the OmniKey reader and add the following Sales .INI settings:

4. Add the following Sales .INI settings (globally or locally) to the salespoints that are renting or returning rental items. Edit the RentalShop setting to the Rental Shop that was created in the Rental Server installation
