• Two valid operator/password credentials must be configured in both the E-Commerce \RS_AppSettings.config and in ReservedSeating\RS_AppSettings.config.

• In order to utilize Reserved Seating preferences for hold times, number of seats allowed per sale, etc., you must ensure your salespoints are in Salespoint Groups in SysManager. (The two previously configured in E-Commerce and Reserved Seating above).
