For every block of seats, additional details can be entered using the Edit Block Details button. The Edit Block Details dialog is an optional configuration, but allows deeper definitions per seat contained within the block in order to identify aisle seats, establish a secondary ranking within the seat block or identify seats that may have partially obstructed views. Aisle seats are considered better than middle seats during the Best Available search; and obstructed view seats are considered worse than non-obstructed seats.

 

Note: Tickets booked into obstructed view seats can have special pricing using Dynamic Pricing Rules.

 

 

Note: The Reserved Seating module does not currently support searches for wheelchair accessible seats configured within the Edit Block Details activity.
