The Resource Scheduling Event Type Edit dialog now contains fields to allow entry of time (in minutes) needed to set up the room prior to an event and the time (also in minutes) needed to break down after an event. This creates default setup and breakdown times based on various types of events at your venue.
 
Example:
A wedding takes a lot of set up/break down time, but a company meeting does not.
