Two new fields were added to the Reservation Header for the setup and breakdown # of minutes. The default times as established within the Resource Schedule Event Type Edit are represented on the Reservation Header:
Note: As illustrated in the screen capture above, the two new fields allow an operator to adjust the default times if additional setup or breakdown is requested by the guest.
When an operator books an event, the booking automatically expands to include the setup/breakdown minutes based on the defaults for the Event Type or revised times as established in the Reservation Header. The setup/breakdown portion of the event booking is displayed visually in a different color than the arrival and departure times for the reservation on the Resource Scheduling booking dialog.
