Once you have changed captions and set specific preferences, attributes and skills, you must establish and set up each docent with their individual skills and qualifications. In SysManager, click on the Docents main button. On the Prefs 1 tab you can select the Tested? check box as well as Yrs. Exper as established on the Private Booking Preferences edit dialog.

 

 

Additionally, on the Prefs 2 tab, you can select various skills and attributes that you would like to assign to your docents. These attributes come from those that were previously specified on the Private Booking Preferences edit dialog.
