The Account Statement Report has the address fields from invoice records available for use when using the custom Account Statement Report layout. Invoice field names that duplicate those in the accounts table start with “i_” to differentiate them from the address data in the accounts table. The new fields are: descrip1, descrip2, i_e_mail, i_address, i_address2, i_city, i_state, i_zip, i_country, i_area_code, i_phone and i_phone_ext.
