The security setting ReportManager – Reports – Close Cash Drawer is required to run this report. The security setting Sales - Action/Close Out - Submit All As ReadyTo Close allows an operator to close out using the Sales > Tools > Close Out button. The security setting ReportManager - Edit Finalized Counts on Closed Cash Drawers allows operators to edit the counts (i.e., change the report criteria amounts) on a finalized close drawer. You can correct an existing close out from Sales > Tools > Action > Correct Closeout but you need the Sales – Allow Operator Correct A Submitted Closeout security setting. The security setting Sales - Allow Salespoint/Operator Override For Close-Out allows an operator to close out a salespoint (or operator) that is not his own. For example, this setting allows an operator working at station TICK1 to close out station TICK2.
