Scroll-through lists are accessed by clicking on the up and down arrows to the right of the field associated with the list. If the lists are used in conjunction with a range, specifying no range prints data for the whole range. Choosing the same selection in the beginning and ending field of the range prints information for that one element. For example, if you want to print information for a single account, select that account as the beginning and ending account of your range. As well, any range of elements can be selected by entering the beginning element and the ending element of the range in the fields provided.
