Relative path to general set-up error e-mail confirmation template and template filename

Used when Sales Host utility encounters an error when processing a sale. The sale was not finalized, probably due to a setup issue. Path is relative to the root of the web application (the virtual directory created when installing). By default the templates are stored in the template folder in the E-Commerce module virtual directory. Template filename is the name of the copy (text or HTML) file used as the mail body template sent in the e-mail.
