Relative path to credit card error e-mail confirmation template and template filename

Used when Sales Host utility encounters an error when processing a sale. The sale was not finalized due to a credit card approval error. Path is relative to the root of the web application (the virtual directory created when installing). By default the templates are stored in the template folder in the E-Commerce module virtual directory. Template filename is the name of the copy (text or HTML) file used as the mail body template sent in the e-mail.
