Relative path to ticket generation error e-mail confirmation template and template filename

Used when Sales Host utility encounters an error when processing a sale. The sale was finalized, but there was a problem generating the Print At Home Tickets items. Path is relative to the root of the web application (the virtual directory created when installing). By default the templates are stored in the template folder in the E-Commerce module virtual directory. Template filename is the name of the copy (text or HTML) file used as the mail body template sent in the e-mail.
