Establishing security settings

To establish your security settings for Activity/Facility Scheduling module users, think about who will be able to do the following and who will not:

Feature
Reference
Ability to enter and edit pod preferences
Ability to enter and edit pods
See pods
Ability to enter and edit lesson types
Ability to enter and edit lesson locations
Ability to access the Guest Lookup button in Sales

Ability to drag bookings in the schedule in Sales
This setting restricts who can drag private or pod bookings (whether booked through SysManager or Sales) in the schedule in Sales, either using the Sched button or the Scheduler tab when selling a product. This setting does not restrict dragging bookings in SysManager – an operator who is restricted from dragging bookings in Sales is able to drag the same bookings in SysManager.
Ability to access Pods button or Activities > Pods in SysManager
Ability to place a booking on the pods schedule through SysManager
Ability to enter or edit preferences for pods
